Kristy French, Cider Maker

Kristy French is a graduate of Western Australia’s Curtin University Wine Excellence Centre in Margaret River, with a Bachelor of Science in Viticulture and Oenology. Her winery career started at a historic winery on Swan River – located in the heart of Swan Valley, Australia. Since her move to Canada in 2006, Kristy has enjoyed working in both the wine and brewing industry. The Okanagan is the perfect home for Kristy as she pursues her passions for wine, food and the outdoors – including hiking, camping, fishing and snowboarding.
